Angela Schauer is an established violin and viola teacher in the Moscow and Pullman area, teaching out of her home in Moscow and her studio at The Gladish Community and Cultural Center. She has performed in the violin and viola sections of many regional musical groups, including the Washington-Idaho and Walla Walla symphonies and Washington-Idaho Symphony String Quartet. Her main teachers have been Dr. Philip Baldwin, Dr. Meredith Arksey, and Mateusz Wolski. Her teaching style is traditional, drawing on many sources including the Suzuki method, Simon Fischer and Karen Tuttle, among others.
